1.1 Million Being Invested Into Parry Sound-Muskoka Region
February 28, 2017 – Parry Sound, ON – Federal Economic Development Initiative for Northern Ontario – FedNor
The Government of Canada is investing $1,157,457 to enhance business development and growth, support infrastructure, create employment, and position the Parry Sound–Muskoka region for sustainable long-term economic prosperity. This FedNor investment will support four strategic initiatives that will be led by the following three local organizations: the Parry Sound Area Community Business & Development Centre, Seguin Township and Township of Lake of Bays.
Paul Lefebvre, Member of Parliament for Sudbury, on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, and Minister responsible for FedNor, made the announcement today at the Parry Sound and Area Municipal Airport.
