Maple Syrup Production Workshop in Parry Sound

The Georgian Bay Biosphere Reserve will be having their first workshop on maple syrup production. “The Sugar Moon” session is from 1pm to 4:30pm on Saturday March 25th. It will start at Canadore College in Parry Sound then end with a guided tour of a sugar bush.

This workshop explores small scale maple syrup production. Then travel by bus for a guided tour of a Wasauksing First Nation commercial sugar operation. It is recommended that you bring your rubber boots.
