Last Day For The Riversongs Music Poetry and Arts Festival is Friday

The Riversongs Music, Poetry, and Arts Festival has been happening all week in Parry Sound. You may have caught a “Noon On The Lawn” show on the lawn of St James Centre For Community one afternoon or maybe you took in an evening coffee house. If you haven’t had a chance for either you may want to check out the last day of this festival that celebrates local musicians, writers and artists.

On Friday June 23 you can take in the final Noon on the Lawn event starting at 12:15 on the lawn of St. James Centre for Community. This is a great open air event in downtown Parry Sound. Tomorrow’s performers include Gwen Dunlop and Folk Fiddle.

If you can’t make it out to the afternoon event, you can head to St. James in the evening for the final coffee house starting at 7:30pm and running until 10pm. Performers include Terry Christenson and A Downstairs Band.
